Lauren Yoder, LPC, ATR-BC
Lauren is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and board certified art therapist (ATR-BC) from Alexandria, Virginia. A graduate of The George Washington University’s Art Therapy program, Lauren is passionate about finding healing through art. She utilizes trauma-informed practices and interventions to help her clients find wholeness and healing. Lauren’s specialties are anxiety, depression, life transitions, adjustment disorders, and PTSD, and she has a particular interest in offering therapy to military service members and their dependents. Theresa Murphy, LPC, QMHP-C
Theresa is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) from Staunton, Virginia. A graduate of Capella University, she specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, adjustment disorders, PTSD, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and has extensive experience with the legal, social services, and juvenile justice systems. Theresa is also experienced in supporting individuals with substance use and aggression management (Aggression Replacement Training or ART). Dr. Bridgette Y. Williams, PhD, CSAC, MAC-NCC, SAP
Dr. Williams is a certified substance abuse counselor (CSAC), Master Addictions Counselor (MAC-NCC), and substance abuse professional (SAP) from Fredericksburg, Virginia. Her main specialty is substance use, which she became passionate about because of her family members’ struggles. Dr. Williams also specializes in anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Miranda N. Dennis, LCSW, DBTC
Miranda is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and a certified dialectical behavior therapist (DBTC) from Norfolk, Virginia. Miranda specializes in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and practices holistic psychotherapy, which means that she tailors sessions to explore, challenge, and meet your social, emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual needs through traditional counseling and alternative methods of therapy.
