Moose, a therapy dog at Virginia Tech’s Cook Counseling Center, has made a tremendously positive impact on campus! From making counseling feel more supportive to helping students destigmatize mental health, the difference Moose has made has led Virginia Tech to add two more therapy dogs to their counseling staff.

Ohio State University has made a number of changes to improve student wellness in recent years. Cross-department collaboration with the counseling center, increased mental health programming, adding mental health-related resources to syllabi, and providing iPads with wellness apps have made a great difference at Ohio State.
